·         Private Investment Equity Group LLC is responsible for day-to- day operations as well as locating, negotiating purchase, rehabbing, if necessary, an property management in the event property is held for long-term appreciation.

Private Investment Equity Group, LLC was formed to take advantage of the current housing situation that has caused many real estate markets to suffer.  The company’s philosophy is based upon a belief that there is a tremendous opportunity to capitalize on vast equity that will be realized from investors positioning themselves at the right place and at the right time.  Although Private Investment Equity Group does not guarantee that housing prices will increase during this time frame, it is realistic in its belief that as long as people continue to need a place to live, work and play single family homes will remain a much desired asset, that will continue to appreciate in value.

A minimum $2000 deposit is required to secure the agreement and initiate the offer process of your first property investment. This will be a 50/50 partnership agreement, under which you will be responsible for financing the purchase and fix-up cost associated with the investment properties, and Private Investment Equity Group, LLC will be the working managing partner.
