I will also teach you to use the power of technology to leverage your work load like a Ninja and outsource easy boring tasks for surprisingly low prices.
And if you already have a list of potential sellers and buyers, we’re bound to whip together a quick promotion so you can be up and running within days... and start depositing real checks into your account.
There is no charge for my initial consultation, and at the end if you decide that this program is for you and you hire me as your mentor and coach, I will dedicate the next 12 months to your success.
We will work one-on-one together completing deal after deal for the next 12 months, splitting profits 50/50, and at the close of your third deal I will refund your tuition in full, if you would kindly give me a testimonial that I can use for future promotions and advertisements.

Remember I said I am looking for more clients to do deals with? I’m VERY picky about who I’ll speak with and I’ve got a strict (but reasonable) set of criteria that needs to be met in order for us to proceed:
1. You have to be willing and able to invest a little in your marketing. This is for people who understand the importance of marketing. You may already be up and running and simply want to run a lot faster and a lot farther.
Or you may be brand new – and that’s okay. But you must understand that without a small budget for marketing, you are not going to get very far. (If you do not have a budget you may use social media, but it may take a little longer.)
2. You have to recognize that this thing called “real estate investing” is not a hobby. You are going to have to take your business seriously. You have to have the WILLINGNESS and DESIRE to operate a real estate business for the long haul.
You also must have at least 2 hours a day to invest in your business.
Oh, and I won’t work with “get me rich by tomorrow” people or individuals who just want to push a few buttons and NOT put in any work. You MUST take consistent action.
(I promise through consistent action in the early stages of the process, you WILL reach a point where your business will become fully automated for you.)
3. You must have good communication skills.
You cannot have a problem with getting on the phone with buyers. Now don’t worry. You’ll NEVER be a salesperson or do any ‘cold calling.'
And it’s okay if you don’t know what to say right now to sellers (you can even get a Virtual Assistant to pre-screen and take buyer calls.) But you'd better not be terrified of dialing the phone.
Real estate is a person to person, relationship-based business!
Anyone that tells you otherwise is flat out lying to you or has no real skin in the game.
4. You must have a solid reputation with serious ethics.
Everything we do together will not only be bringing you more sales and profits, but we’ll be doing it in a way that creates MASSIVE goodwill in your market.
And in order for us to do that, you need to have your act together. In other words, you need to have a good head on your shoulders and be a good person before I work with you. No shadiness allowed.
5. You MUST follow directions. (Don’t worry, I won’t ask you to do anything weird.) After all, if you don’t actually implement the stuff I teach you, neither of us will make money.
