Acquire single family homes in the Southwestern USA, ranging in price from $25,000 - $350,000 (50-75 percent under the current market value).
· Manage the rehabilitation of the property that will ultimately increase its value.
· The majority of all properties will be resold immediately upon rehabilitation. In the event property does not sell in a timely manner; the property will be rented until the property is sold. In the event we hold the property, the property will be managed by PIEG management group, charging only a 10% property management fee.
· Upon the selling of the property, PIEG will return 50% of all property management fees to the investor, in addition the return on your initial investment.
· As an investor with Private Investment Equity Group, LLC, you are entitled to 50% of net profits plus your initial investment upon the sale of the property.
